Network Support

At BIT Solutions, we believe that computer systems should always be "available."  This means that you should never have to worry about how you will run your business if your system is down or not functioning properly.  We will work with you to create a support plan that is both affordable and keeps your systems running whenever you need them.  We offer a number of different options of how you want to be supported.
On-site Support
You call and we will respond with a certified engineer to review your issues and resolve the problems.  You're Service Level Agreement (SLA) will determine how quickly we respond to each different type of failure (ie. critical or non-critical), which best utilizes your support dollars.  We can contract for 24 hours/7 days or 8 hours/5 days depending on your requirements.
Proactive Support
We also come to your offices on a regular schedule, even when you don't call, to proactively seek issues that may become critical problems if left unattended.  This service creates an environment to prevent failures  before they are apparent.
Product Inventory
We will purchase and inventory in our warehouse like or similar products that you currently have under contract with BIT Solutions.  If we can't fix your system within your SLA time frame, we will install the new item at no additional cost to you until we can fix your system.
